As a front line, mid-level, and executive manager for the majority of my 20 year career, I can say that helping others reach their potential and goals has been the most rewarding part of my job. This is what led me to the John Maxwell Team. I have worked in state and federal government agencies in the environmental field with positions ranging from staff engineer to Division Director. At each level, I have taken my leadership responsibility to heart and strive to be a servant leader in all that I do. I hold a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Auburn University. In addition, I have completed over 400 hours of leadership training, including management development and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. My presentations include keynotes, corporate visioning, product promotions and specialty presentations at trade groups and conferences. My life is complete being a wife and a mother of two wonderful boys as well as bonus mom to three more boys and a girl. Needless to say it’s not always easy juggling the demands of daily life. This is why you must have a structured and practical plan in place to avoid becoming overwhelmed and over stressed. I have personally used these tools to enhance my own productivity, development and decision-making skills to create a more balanced lifestyle. I have been studying and personally implementing the philosophies behind personal development and the role emotions and vision play in leadership. |

During my 30 year career, I have enjoyed working with people and communities . I have worked in private industry through Specialty Chemical Commodity Sales , International Product Sales, Environmental Consulting Sales. I have worked in the public sector with federal government agencies in the environmental field in positions as Program Coordinator, On Scene Coordinator, and Enforcement Project officer within the Air, Water, and Super Fund programs. I hold a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and a Masters in Business Administration - Marketing and international business. In addition, I have over 200 hours of training including leadership, strategic marketing, international marketing. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green belt. My presentations include keynotes, corporate visioning, product promotions and specialty presentations at trade groups and conferences. Over 100 presentations at workshops which included technical and scientific, leadership development and business program overviews. My Christ centered life is complete as a husband and father of three boys and one girl, plus two bonus boys. Service to others is what drives our company and life. I enjoy soccer and football coaching and even spend time as a Georgia State High Association referee..... |
